bay of pigs (tent’s outputs)
The premise: 4 performers are stuck in a tent.
The task: they have to perform for 3 hours with anything that comes to their mind. No one is allowed in, no one is going out. They can dance, sit, walk, crawl, talk, sing, giggle, do nothing, do a lot, take their clothes off, put some masks, communicate with each other, ignore one another, make political statements, show their ignorance, tell a personal story, share their medical history, eat, drink, burp, touch each other in private parts, hug, kiss, spit, scream, be tender, be rude, be moody, dance again and again and again till it’s over.
Output: the tent will be covered with several cameras that will be connected to a video mixer. The action in the tent will be edited live and will be projected on large screens outside. The performers can act to the cameras or ignore them. Each performer will carry cordless mikes and the sound will be broadcast outside the tent. Music will be added from outside the tent to score the visual material and create a kind of a film score.
